They do good work but the time it took to repair the shoes was rather lengthy

Response from College Park Shoe Repair Randall, we appreciate the five stars and also the honest note about the wait. 👞 We are glad you were pleased with the quality of the shoe repair, but we understand that a good repair can still be frustrating when it takes longer than expected. We have been working to improve that part of the experience, including better repair tracking and text communication through our COBLR system. Some repairs do require additional time depending on the work and materials involved, but keeping customers better informed along the way is something we can control. Thank you for your patience, Randall, and for recognizing the quality of the finished work.
