It has been a long time since I needed shoes repaired, so after the sticker shock, everything was perfect. Repairs were done on time and very neatly. I liked the text notification. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Response from College Park Shoe Repair Elise, we had to smile at the “sticker shock” because it had been a while since your last shoe repair! 👞 We understand, and we are especially glad the finished work showed you the value behind the price. One thing many customers may not realize is that some of the quality shoe repair materials and components we use are sourced from suppliers in Italy and other countries. The cost of those materials, along with skilled craftsmanship, has increased over the years, but we still believe in using the proper materials for the repair rather than simply choosing the cheapest option. We are glad your repairs were completed neatly and on time, and that you found our text notifications helpful. Recommending College Park Shoe Repair to your friends and neighbors is a tremendous compliment. Thank you, Elise!
