I have been a customer for over 35 years with the previous owner of College Park Shoe Repair and was hesitant to trust the new owners. I had an expensive pair of shoes that needed an extension to the ankle strap. Well boy was I surprised beyond measure!!! First I was warmly greeted by Vincent and my first impression was amazing! He intentionally listen to my concerns and upon analyzing a solution, measured both ankles. He was professional, kind and took the timie to build a repor with me! I love what they’ve done with the place by providing retail products related to shoe services. He assured me they could solve by problem. A day later, Vincent had my shoes ready and he took the time to have me try them on to make certain they fit properly. Im pleased to say that I had a truly exceptional experience and the price was very reasonable too! I’m confident that I will refer friends and family and will continue to conduct business with this Black owned and operated business! So refreshing!!!
