Had the heels 👠 cut down on a pair of boots that I loved, but was gonna return to the store due to the 4 inch heel being too high. I’m 5’5 and love my height and i don’t like feeling like an Amazon woman towering over people with high heels on. Plus for me, it’s just uncomfortable being so high off the ground like that. So glad I found this place on Google. Vincent stated they weren’t sure how much of the heel they could remove. He estimated only about a quarter (.25) inch could be safely removed. When I picked the boots up, I was pleasantly surprised that they were successfully able to remove a half inch (.50) from each heel and I was ecstatic! I tried the boots on in the shop and I did my happy dance without any fear of falling on too high of a heeled shoes lol. I wore the shoes for the first time the very next day on a date. Shoes looked and felt great and comfortable during the whole time I wore them. No complaints at all. In fact, they did such a good job and charged a fair price that I bought the same boots in another color and dropped them off today! I would recommend this shop to those I know for sure. P.S. another reviewer stated they only take cash. That is no longer true. As of October 2023, I paid with my credit card and had my receipt texted to me with no problem
